RELISTED as an auction to stop silly emails & offers! Someone may get a bargain here. We are selling our beautiful 911 Carrera 4 convertible as it is time for a change. I fancy a Turbo or GT3 and my fiancee fancies a Maserati spyder – not gonna cause too many arguments happily! I bought this car in October 2015 with 97,000 miles on the clock. Since then it has done mainly european travel miles as you can see from the first few photos – we have a house in France and the car was mainly garaged there and used to travel to Spain, Italy etc. In the UK we have used it mainly on Porsche TIPEC club “drive-outs”. I have added a pic of the emblem in the leather headrests – why these would be considered an optional extra heaven knows but they are. Who would not want the emblem on the headrests, or is it just me (probably) – anyway it has them! I am sure I don’t need to wax lyrical about the beauty of the 911 so i’ll do a few pros and cons of our car to assist: Pros – matching hardtop as featured, Porsche badged dust cover for the hardtop for storage, private number plate available at an additional cost if required (£500), has an actual spare, not just a gel kit. I have just fitted two rear tyres (Porsche recommended Michelin N rated) and the front ones are very good. Cons – It has a few very minor marks and the front of the bonnet and spoiler have some stone chips as you would expect (see the closer up picture of the bonnet). There is a CD multi changer that accepts CDs but doesn’t seem to (or I haven’t mastered it) play through to the player and so I just use single front loader for CDs. That’s all I can think of. I have relisted with a low start price to sell inclusive of the tyre kicking cons. Happy ebaying and enjoy whichever Porsche you buy even if it’s not this one.
